Christina CarlsonRA, CPHC, LEED APSenior Associate
Quick-thinking and insightful about the big-picture spatial experience and all the details that make a building work.
Christina joined Union to contribute to our community and civic-oriented design projects. She has a strong background in traditional architecture, planning, and sustainability with a passion for applying these skills to build great communities.
Christina has served on Boards of Directors for the New England Chapter of the Congress for the New Urbanism and the Rhode Island Chapter of the ACE Mentor Program, which introduces high school students to careers in architecture, construction, and engineering. Now she spends leisure time with her family, encouraging her own children’s interests in roller coaster design, construction, and inventing.
Before joining Union, Christina worked on architectural design and community planning at Historical Concepts in Atlanta. She earned her master’s degree in New Urbanism at the University of Miami and her bachelor’s degree in Classical Architecture at the University of Notre Dame, where she was the class valedictorian.
