Reinvigorating and reinventing a small American downtown.

Located on an infill site in the heart of Edmond, Oklahoma’s vibrant and growing downtown, this mixed use project offers a blend of residential, work, leisure and entertainment spaces. A truly exquisite rooftop deck provides the perfect location for a rooftop bar & cafe, as well as private gatherings and events.

In addition to the commercial building anchoring the corner, the project includes a diverse mix of smaller building types, including three live-work units, two 10’- wide townhouses (to be the narrowest townhouses in Oklahoma!), three accessory dwelling units, and a micro-retail space.

The various buildings work together to define the public realm along a key commercial corridor, while creating a fine-grain network of internal common and private outdoor spaces. The architectural language reflects the regional masonry vernacular, ensuring that the project will open with a “lived-in” feel and get even better with age!
