Through its thoughtful community plan, Eastdale Village is a self-sustaining ecosystem where residents and businesses support each other – an interconnected community that prioritizes local economic growth and community bonds over conventional suburban sprawl. This mixed-use haven seamlessly blends residential, commercial, and office spaces, creating an environment that nurtures local businesses and fosters community
engagement.
Unlike developments that favor sprawling single-family home ownership, Eastdale Village focuses on residential rentals which attract a diverse population and form a sizable community that provides the backbone of support for the village’s restaurants. Union took inspiration from traditional Northeast Main streets and neighborhoods in order to meet this project’s goal of creating a place where people can live, work, shop and play while enjoying a sense of community and belonging.
