Victoria Bryant

Energetic, empathetic, and driven to collaboratively create places that are inclusive, responsive, and deeply connected to the people who use them.

Victoria thrives on creating spaces that inspire and uplift communities. She joined Union because of its mission to design exemplary environments that reflect the unique needs of each site and client. She brings a wealth of experience from her roles, where she led a wide range of civic, cultural, educational, and housing projects. She is particularly proud of spearheading the organization of community engagement workshops to ensure projects resonate with those they serve.

Her work is driven by a passion for collaboration and inclusivity, key values in her approach to design. Now based in Philadelphia, after working for several years in both New York and New Orleans, Victoria continues to combine her design expertise with a dedication to strengthening the social fabric of communities.

Victoria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Growth & Structure of Cities from Bryn Mawr College, and her Master of Architecture from Tulane University.
