Sagacious architectural designer, maker, and explorer with experience delivering, sustainable, multidisciplinary, integrated project designs and solutions across a wide range of both commercial and residential projects.

Drawn to Union’s thoughtful, community-centered design, Rachel recently joined the Providence, RI office after practicing architecture across Michigan, California, and Utah. She brings to Union a passion for restoring and adapting New England vernacular architecture along with expertise in innovative building materials and technologies—transforming structures that are built to last into spaces that perform even better than originally intended, always with an eye toward impacts beyond the here and now.

In her free time, Rachel can be found with her hands in some clay or on her feet, hiking the coasts and forests of New England and abroad.

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan’s Taubman School of Architecture.
