Conductor of the Union train, whose operational leadership is grounded in care for others and an effervescent personality

Dana has directed the evolving operations of Union as the office has grown from two people in a small attic into a nationally recognized firm two decades later.

Dana oversees human resources and the financial management of the firm and has been integral in shaping the firm’s policies and culture. She brings a wealth of experience in the effective organization and strategic growth of a small business, while also contributing a sense of humor and warmth that brightens the office every day.

Dana received her Bachelor of Arts in clinical psychology from Tufts University.
