Carson Smith

Sharp and nimble, devoted to affordable housing and environmental sustainability.

Carson is passionate about affordable housing and environmental sustainability. He enjoys working with the team to create socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable homes and communities. As a designer, he works on 3D computer modeling, renderings, presentation materials, and schematic design to assist with a range of projects from apartment renovations to net-zero neighborhoods.

Outside of work, Carson can be found exploring his new home in the state of Rhode Island, travelling, sketching houses, reading mystery books, and learning to cook new things.

Carson received a Bachelor of Architecture, summa cum laude, from Virginia Tech.
