Caitlin’s role as Office Manager is multi-faceted: she rounds out the team with a knack for fostering connectivity between colleagues, clients, and visitors alike.

On any given day you’ll find Caitlin working on the invoicing and accounting of our large portfolio of projects while maintaining steady communication with clients and vendors. She thrives on the fast-paced, detail-oriented, and highly organized nature that comes with being an office manager, and the day-to-day scheduling and upkeep of a busy office. As someone who comes from a hospitality background and values community and camaraderie, Caitlin treasures being able to facilitate office events like group bike rides, happy hours, staff meetings and parties, and staff appreciation events.

For Caitlin, it’s exciting to be a part of a firm that is passionate about community, neighborhood design, affordable housing, and the preservation of buildings and land. She contributes to the growth of Union by collaborating on prospective project proposals or by fielding new business developments.

When not in the office, Caitlin is happiest going for long bike rides and being able to spend time with her husband planning their next dining adventure, or lounging with their menagerie of pets at their cottage by the water in Riverside, Rhode Island.
