Bradley GayAIA, CPHC, LEED AP

Architect

Grounded in Passive House principles, engaged across every phase of practice.

With a background spanning construction, fine arts, and architectural practice, Bradley brings 25 years of experience across major higher education projects at Villanova, Drexel, and UCLA, K-12 schools, student housing, healthcare facilities, airports, residential, sustainability consulting, (and one spherical, free-standing, immersive video environment). A LEED Accredited Professional for over two decades and a Certified Passive House Consultant, Bradley embraces Passive House as a best-practice framework for how buildings should be built. He was drawn to Union Studio’s deeply humanist, client-focused, positive and collaborative approach to shaping the built environment—citing how that’s more important now than ever.

When he’s away from the studio, Bradley can be found mountain biking around Belmont Plateau with his kids, rowing his Adirondack Guideboat on the Lower Schuylkill, exploring new Philly restaurants with his wife, or on the couch with a book, a beverage, and his dog.

Bradley holds a Master of Architecture from Yale and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with Honors from the University of Michigan.
