This urban infill project transformed a large, derelict site in the West End. Trinity Place, a new mixed-use building, provides much-needed affordable rental apartments and retail space on a major thoroughfare of the city. The rehabilitation of four existing buildings nearby, known as Princeton Place, updated the aging housing stock. The second phase of this project created homeownership townhouses on newly established adjacent lots. Together, these buildings help revitalize an urban neighborhood in the heart of Providence.
