This compact coastal neighborhood is in Wickford Village, adjacent to a local boat ramp and community bike path. The neighborhood was designed to create a traditional neighborhood feel with public open spaces as the focal point of the community. A mix of affordable building types, including single-family, duplexes, and four-unit townhouses, accommodate a range of household sizes. Each building takes its character from New England pre-war residential architecture and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Two traditionally inspired New England village greens form the heart of the community. The greens open to and provide a connection to the public park and Mill Cove. Pedestrian paths and sidewalks provide critical connections to public amenities and the adjacent neighborhood. A community gathering space overlooking the greens is adjacent to a centrally located common building used for laundry and mail. The courtyard and porch serve as a central meeting point for neighbors.
