Maritime Landing

Maritime Landing is a new neighborhood of 28 single-family detached and semi-detached homes located in Dennis, Massachusetts. As a 40B project, 25% of the units are deed restricted as affordable units. In order to build in flexibility, a range of unit types and massings were designed to fit on the same, repeatable footprint. The result is natural variety in the streetscape. A range of historically appropriate colors and materials were also used to help the new neighborhood blend into the existing community. The units are arranged around a shared, central green that serves as the visual terminus of the approach into the residential cluster from the mixed-use main street in front.
