Union converted this historic commercial building into a mixed-use apartment building with 44 apartments and multiple restaurant spaces on the ground floor.
The renovation included the restoration of the exterior masonry and windows and the replacement of the street-level storefront. Additionally, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems were installed. The project received both federal and state historic tax credits.
