Union worked with Northland Residential to design a new neighborhood of rental housing surrounding a picturesque common green. A variety of building types offer townhome and flat style living to accommodate a range of households.
The small-scale buildings each contain four to eight units, keeping the scale appropriate to the residential neighborhood and seamlessly transitioning to the business and commercial building adjacent to the site.
