Our renovation and adaptive reuse of a building in Hyannis, MA is cited as a case study in BSA's adaptive reuse guidebook for the Cape and the Islands
Union Studio’s Hyannis Mixed-Use development has been highlighted as one of the regional case studies in a Boston School of Architecture guidebook that highlights designs and approaches that make adaptive reuse a viable and effective housing option for Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket.
Boston School of Architecture recently unveiled the guidebook at an event on June 15th, BSA’s Adaptive Reuse Guidebook for the Cape & Islands. Designed for property owners, designers, planners, developers, and community stakeholders, the guidebook advocates looking for realistic pathways to create housing through adaptive reuse.
