AIA Philly Merit Award for Southside Community Land Trust HQ
Union's work on the Southside Community Land Trust Headquarters won a 2025 AIA Philadelphia Merit Award for Equitable Communities in the Historic Preservation / Adaptive Reuse Built Category.
This is second AIA Philadelphia design award Union has been a part of, we were honored to be recognized by our peers in Philadelphia. We remain very grateful to Southside Community Land Trust for the opportunity to support the vital work they’re doing to build a more equitable and accessible food system in Rhode Island.
