Warren Town Council gives go-ahead to latest ‘Market to Metacom’ study

We are happy to see that our ambitious Market to Metacom plan for Warren, Rhode Island—a climate adaptation strategy that balances managed retreat from flood-prone areas with mixed-use development along Metacom Avenue—is moving forward again after a period of dormancy.
