The jury recognized this faithful reconstruction following the devastating 2022 fire, stating: "The project is a meticulous reproduction of a cherished 19th-century Nantucket landmark, restoring its shingled exterior, tiered verandas, and finely detailed woodwork with remarkable accuracy."
