Construction Starts for Center City Apartments

Taunton Avenue Collaborative, a unique and inspired partnership of four, non-profit housing and social service agencies, drives this new affordable housing with specialized social services in East Providence, Rhode Island.

Phase I of construction is underway which includes one of the new builds and the retrofit of the existing structure. Foundations have been poured and demo at the existing building is nearly complete!
