Celebrating Pride Through Inclusive Design
In celebration of Pride Month, Union is proud to highlight Aldersbridge at East Point, the first senior housing development in Rhode Island designed specifically for the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies.
The 39-unit affordable housing development will provide not only safe, welcoming homes for seniors, but also shared community spaces that help combat the discrimination and isolation many LGBTQIA+ older adults experience in traditional senior housing environments.
At Union, inclusivity is integral to who we are. We celebrate Pride this month and every month—through the projects we help bring to life and through the culture we foster every day in our office. We’re proud to reflect the communities we serve and to support work that affirms identity, dignity, and belonging.
