Located on a busy commercial corridor, WaterRower, Inc. serves an international audience from its headquarters in the historic, waterfront town of Warren, Rhode Island.
Having outgrown their current building and in need of expanding their manufacturing capacity, Union worked with the company to create a new headquarters that would serve as a visitor’s center, product showroom, and an engaging office environment for their employees.
Along with the construction of the new building, the existing manufacturing building was renovated, enhancing the street presence of the corporate campus.
