Working closely with a private developer and the Town of Tiverton, Union helped to develop the preliminary neighborhood plan and is bringing the plan through the approvals process for a 136-acre site. The proposed Tiverton Heights development will feature approximately 275 housing units, ranging in typology from single-family to townhomes and multifamily. Several community buildings and spaces will serve as gathering places within the development. Union’s design focus is on walkability and housing clusters that promote community interaction while preserving common green space in strategic locations throughout the site.
