Frenchtown Road Apartments – Nearly Ready to Become Home

Our recent site tour of Frenchtown Road Apartments revealed impressive progress! This  building has really come together beautifully. The project received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) and is nearly ready to welcome new residents. We’ve really enjoyed an exceptional and highly productive collaborative effort with Pennrose on this project, whose unwavering commitment to quality and the prioritization of resident comfort has shaped every one of our design decisions.

Frenchtown Road Apartments is a new, multi-family, supportive housing development that will provide 63 affordable apartments in East Greenwich, Rhode Island – a community where rising property values and taxes have created considerable housing challenges resulting in a dire need of housing for its aging population on fixed incomes.
