This mixed-use development will be a model for walkable and transit oriented development. Bordering the railroad tracks of Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor, the project hopes to take advantage of the much anticipated future railroad station and development which would be located just north of the site.
The proposed residences in this new neighborhood community are organized along a new road network and carefully placed common greens that serve as the primary focal points within the overall neighborhood. Greenwich Boulevard will consist of 40 dwelling units in a variety of housing types including small single family cottages, larger duplexes, townhouse blocks and multi-family flats. 25% of the total units will be affordable by the area median income.
